Why Walk When You Can Run? Radio Feature

Published just this morning – Why Walk When you Can Run? is a short radio feature created by a fellow runner Alex Mearns.

Alex is a radio production student at the University of Westminster and the feature, set the Paul Weller’s song of the same name, looks at running as a means of escape. I was lucky enough to be invited to be a panellist alongside Kate Carter (Guardian Running Blog) and Tim Howells (Run! Project Manager, England Athletics) to explore this. A really enjoyable experience.

Just the motivation needed for any New Year Resolution runners!
