The other week I had a lovely discussion with Noora Ronkainen – brilliant running and sport researcher and one host of the Physical Activity Researcher podcast – about some of my research into running.
The first part of our chat was released on Friday and you can check it out here or wherever you get your podcasts. In this episode we talk a bit about my own running, my approach to run-commuting and some findings from my run-commuting work. So if that sounds like your thing (and why wouldn’t it be?!), have a listen.
Part 2 will be coming soon but in the meantime check out the rest of the podcast episodes already. It’s a fantastic series and a real treasure trove of research into physical activity.
